What to expect once we have processed your application
Once your application have been processed by our advisers, we will contact you regularly to let you know about any updates or changes regarding your case.
Once we have managed to locate the whereabouts of your pension, we will gather all paperwork and other necessaries to make sure you have all the assistance and details you need.
Once we have gathered all of that information, we forward it across to one of our Independent Financial Advisers so you can have all of your questions answered.

What can you do in the meantime?
In the meantime you are okay to sit back and relax because we have it from here. However you are always welcome to contact us whenever you need to. We like to keep connected with our clients because that way we can be 100% certain that you are having as much support from us as possible. After your appointment, you are able to put your feet up and let us take over.

Independent Financial Advice
Once we have traced your pensions an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) registered Independent Financial Adviser wil contact you to produce your free pension report and provide a free and no obligation pension review.
Your allocated adviser will provide you with comprehensive and unbiased independent financial advice to help you understand what you have, your options and help ensure you make the right decision at the right time

What is included in the pension review?

  • The value of each of your pensions
  • A projection of the funds at retirement
  • A comparison with with an alternative solution
  • The current investment strategy and other important information about your pensions
  • Whether you will be better off making a transfer to an alternative scheme
  • What features you desire, such as being able to view your pensions online
  • They will assess the risk you are prepared to take (if any) and construct a recommended portfolio
  • they will recommend a course of action
